Most car sites focus on the vehicles and their various traits. Service, though, is also an important consideration for most car buyers. Business Insider reports on the concierge services of several luxury brands as detailed by Ward's Auto.
The Acura Total Luxury Care, for example, includes the delivery of cash in emergency situations. Cadillac's "Defining Moments" has staff trained in its dealerships to assist potential buyers and owners in configuring their vehicle's sophisticated infotainment system. Infiniti's Personal Assistant relays the nearest specified restaurant to your vehicle's location, while Mercedes-Benz mbrace makes travel arrangements. Says Rob Policano, product manager for Mercedes-Benz USA, "Generation Y are really digital natives. They don’t remember a day without email. They’re very comfortable with technology and on-demand. We thought they were very hands-on, but they also loved the idea of the concierge. They’re just as interested in this as Boomers."via Business Insider
