Remember that lawsuit a while back about how the Honda Civic hybrid doesn't get the mileage claimed by the automaker? Well, it looks like similar accusations against the Hyundai Elantra are reaching the courts.
According to Reuters, Elantra owner Louis Bird is suing the automaker for having to pay more in fuel costs than what he should be if the sedan lived up to its 40 mpg. Hyundai, for its part, replied by referencing government tests and magazines articles. via Chicago Tribune
