It's no secret that the Lexus SC 430 is getting a bit long in the tooth.
Having debuted at the 2000 Paris Auto Show and entered production the very next year, the SC 430 is closing in on the decade mark and hasn't received anything that could be called a significant refresh. That said, it shouldn't surprise many that Lexus will discontinue production of its luxury hardtop convertible this July, confirming our previous reports. Demand for the SC 430 has been steady decline for the latter half of the last decade.
