It looks like one of very few (two in total) Lexus LFA supercar prototypes has made a stop at the Cars and Coffee (aka CC) Saturday morning meet over here in Irvine/OC.
Check it out, there's a bunch of pics posted over in the TeamSpeed forums. The LFA is looking pretty sick in matte black just chilling and basking in the awe of the collective Cars and Coffee meet.
We just can't get over the front license plate though--who the hell puts a bulky, ugly-arse license plate mount on front of a sports car, let alone a supercar? To add insult to injury, it doesn't even carry the mandatory California front plate, just a stupid Lexus piece of plastic. Go figure.
Oh and the price. Yes, yes, the price. As forum member BigE remarked, "I wonder how many people attending the event looked at that car and thought to themselves "If I had $375k to spend on a supercar, I would much rather have this than a Scuderia, CGT, 599, LP-560, etc, etc, etc......?" Truer words were never spoken.
