2009 Chicago Auto Show - 2010 Ford Transit Connect Coming Summer 2009

This week at the 2009 Chicago Auto Show, Ford will hold the world debut of its 2010 Ford Transit Connect for the U.S. commercial vehicles market. Perfect for small business owners, the 2010 Ford Transit Connect has 135 cubic feet of cargo space, low cost of ownership, 1,600 pound payload capacity and a fuel-efficient 2.0L powertrain.



Built on a dedicated front-wheel-drive platform the 2010 Transit Connect is powered by a 2.0L DOHC 4-cylinder engine that makes a total of 136-hp and 128 lb-ft of torque. Mated to a 4-speed automatic overdrive transmission, the Transit Connect returns an estimated 20/24 mpg (city/highway).
